The small print, in a size you can easily read:

Applicable to Business Performance, Business Performance Plus and Business Pro Services:
  • Installations are scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays at 10:00am or 2:00pm.
  • ​Each installation requires a 12 month contract with a one-time $150 charge to be paid at the time of your installation.
    • Terminating service prior to the end of the first year will result in a $100 early termination fee.
  • ​​Each installation requires the remainder of the current month's service to be paid at the time of your installation.
  • ​Installation payment is to be made with a credit, debit card, and check after your installation is completed.​
  • Automated billing is required for our service, which runs on the 1st of every month.  This can be set up with a credit/debit card, or an E-Check/ACH.
    • ​Please be advised that should a check bounce, you will be billed an additional $20 that will be due with your monthly service charge.
  • ​A router must be purchased in advance.  If you already have a system in place, then we will bring our service into that location so your current setup can distribute the service to the rest of your building!  If you'd like to purchase one from us, ours is a one-time $90 charge and comes with full technical support and a lifetime warranty* as long as you are a customer.
    • ​​This warranty is immediately voided after service termination - OR - if the router is replaced with another not provided by us.
      • ​Please be advised that it is within our rights to ask for our wireless router back if you replace it with another at any time.
    The antenna* mounted to the structure remains the property of River Valley Internet at all times, and may not be purchased by the customer.
  • There are no monthly rental fees!  All applicable fees and taxes already are included in your monthly price, so it will never increase.
  • There are also no data caps with our service!  You have unlimited data to use so you never have to worry about us slowing down your service.
*All equipment warranty is contingent on the customer taking the necessary precautions to protect and maintain installed equipment.
River Valley Internet also specializes in customized business service plans so if you have a bandwidth need that can't
​be met by our current service plans, give us a call or send us an E-Mail to see if we can create a plan that's just right!
​This includes higher upload or download speeds, & dedicated circuits of up to 1 gigabit/second.
