Our Express plan provides you with all the features and benefits of our Basic plan, plus includes the free SNAPMobile app which allows you to work from anywhere.

Easily scroll through missed calls, access your voicemail, and configure other settings related to your phone line.

Control when and where you work with our portable SNAPMobile app, allowing you to work remotely by making and receiving phone calls, accessing voicemail, and much more from your cell phone!

You also have the ability to expand your office phone coverage by adding additional office phones for between $5 and $15 / Month (up to 10 additional phones).  Phones must be in the same building.

Business Elite

Get crystal clear calls over our Digital Voice network, using your internet connection or ours.  Keep your existing phone number, or get a new one.

River Valley Internet phone service does not support fire alarms, digital communication devices, medical devices, or other life supporting services.

The small print in a size you can easily read:

• Each installation requires a 12 month contract with a one-time $25 charge to be paid at the time of your installation.
  • Terminating service prior to the end of the first year will result in a $100 early termination fee.
• ​​Each installation requires the remainder of the current month's service to be paid at the time of your installation.
• Express & Elite plans require compatible VoIP phone.  The customer may provide their own as long as it is on River Valley Internet's compatibility phone list.  They may also purchase or rent a phone from River Valley Internet.
• ​Installation payment is to be made with a credit, debit card, or check after your installation is completed.
• Automated billing is required for our service, which runs on the 1st of every month.  This can be set up with a credit/debit card, or an E-Check/ACH.
• There are no monthly rental fees!  All applicable fees and taxes already are included in your monthly price, so it will never increase.
• Existing business customers must be on our Business Performance plan or higher to qualify for our phone services.​
• Exclusions include: DSL & Satellite internet services.
• If there is a power outage or network issue, calling, including calls to 911, may be unavailable.
• Customers may purchase a Battery Backup to keep their phone and internet running for 24 hours in the event of a power outage.
