The small print in a size you can easily read:


  • Installations are scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays at 10:00am or 2:00pm.
  • Each installation requires a 12 month contract with a one-time $150 charge to be paid at the time of your installation.
    • Terminating service prior to the end of the first year will result in a $100 early termination fee.
  • ​​Each installation requires the remainder of the current month's service to be paid at the time of your installation.
  • Each installation includes a wireless router with a lifetime warranty*.
    • Our wireless router comes with full technical support and a lifetime warranty as long as you are one of our customers and the router is in use.
      • The wireless router is not required to be used for our service so if you plan to provide your own, please let us know that as well.
      • Support and warranty end at the termination of your service with us - OR - if the router is removed and replaced with another.
        • Please be advised that it is within our rights to ask for our wireless router back if you replace it with another at any time.
  • ​Installation payment is to be made with a credit, debit cared, or check after your installation is completed.
  • Automated billing is required for our service, which runs on the 1st of every month.  This can be set up with a credit/debit card, or an E-Check/ACH.
    • ​Please be advised that should a check bounce, you will be billed an additional $20 that will be due with your monthly service charge.
  • The antenna* mounted to the home remains the property of River Valley Internet at all times, and may not be purchased by the customer.
  • There are no monthly rental fees!  All applicable fees and taxes already are included in your monthly price, so it will never increase.
  • There are no data caps with our service!  You have unlimited data to use so you never have to worry about us slowing down your service.​​


*All equipment warranty is contingent on the customer taking the necessary precautions to protect and maintain installed equipment.
